Notes on reading the file:

• At left of the toolbar, use the up and down arrows to show the previous or next page
• Pages can also be scrolled using mouse or fingers, depending on reading device
• The rightmost icon, the double-arrow, is for Tools.  The Presentation Mode tool (if shown) will fill the whole screen with the document.  Clicking to right or left of the displayed text will change the page.
